Shipping Policy

While placing your order, shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery zip code provided. 

During checkout you are required to provide a full name (first name and last name), delivery address, email, payment and valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP.

Our shipping partners include Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, UPS, GATI, Indiapost and Bluedart.

Depending on factors such as location and connectivity, delivery timelines may defer. Below is the typical time taken for delivery after order has been dispatched. 

  1. Within Mumbai: 1-4 days
  2. Within India: 5-7 days
  3. International: 7-10 days

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on your order will be considered if the request comes to us within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped, whichever comes first.

To initiate a cancellation, please send us an email at include: your name and order ID.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Mysore Concerns Coffee, our aim is to provide you the best coffee experience which includes sourcing the best beans, roasting and grinding them to perfection. We want you to be happy with your coffee and we want to make sure that our return policy reflects our commitment to delicious coffee! If, for some reason you are unsatisfied with any coffee that you purchased on our website, please contact us within 14 working days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund.

To request a refund, please send us an email at and include: your name, order ID and the products you would like to return.

Please note:

  1. All unopened coffee packages must be returned to us.
  2. Customer will be responsible to cover any expenses for the return shipment. If you are a Mumbai resident, feel free to drop off the package at our store in Matunga, Mumbai.
  3. Once the package is received, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price of the coffee (excluding shipping fees) within 3 days via PayU Money or RazorPay.
  4. Expect 3-5 days processing time once refund has been initiated.
  5. Refunds on coffee subscriptions will be prorated based on the number of shipments remaining.
  6. All merchandise items (ex. Coasters, Magnets, Gift Boxes) can only be refunded if it is returned to us in a ‘brand new” and unused condition.
