Sangoli Strong SC120

SC 120 is a microlot coffee from our partner Sangameshwar coffee estate’s Gungegiri farm. This coffee is grown under indigenous species of trees like Atti, Basri and Neeroli for cultivation under filtered shade. These premium washed Grade AA Arabica have gone through a unique coco fermentation to yield a fruity and nutty coffee that has a light body and clear, bright flavours.

Coco Fermentation Process: Coffee cherries are pulped and washed, then fermented in a restricted oxygen process. The beans are then slow dried on raised beds with regular aeration and consistent raking.

Notes: Citrus fruits with flecks of caramel, chocolate and hint of plums.

Best brewed with a Pour over, AeroPress or a French Press to enjoy its delicate flavours, it can be enjoyed with or without milk.
